Kai is Akarii's older brother who got arrested when she was 7 and she hadnt seen him since. He was roughly about 17 when this occured, little did she know that dring his time in the facility Kai actually ended up dying there behind bars due to battery and malnutrition.
Before all of this he was a caring older brother who took care of his sister who was 10 years his junior after their parents died in the explosion of zero reverse. He was 10 at this time and his sister was merely an infant and so never truly knew their parents. He raised her up for 7 years and also had a soft spot for kids and shared some form of a connection with Kalin, Yusei, Crow, and Jack all at some point in life.
He and Akarii were poor but he did his best to get by made his living on stealing food for them to survive and illegally selling Runner parts in a Black Market like format that were mostly junk parts though he had no idea of this as he was only trying to maake a little money so he and his sister could sirvive. He often left her alone so that she wouldnt find out about this...and he also lived the life of a sleeze I guessone could say...
He is very sweet and gentle and is also aa smooth talker with the ladies he has plenty of love to give and enjoys giving it to make them feel good and better about themselves even though he himself has never been in love...another part of his life style however that he hides from his younger sister seeing as she was only 7 he didnt want to introdice her to such a life but given in time as she grew up she knew very well what he was upto just didnt say anything.
The mark on his face was placed there for being a thief and was arrested hard core when Sector security found out about the scam life he was living with part selling that he himself was unaware of.
He was taken into to custoy and locked away leaving his 7 year old sister to fend for herself and soon died in the facility without her knolege. during 10 years time of his arrest and murder hidden from anyone's knolege Kai's soul was found in shadows and he was called upon by dark signers due to having have died with a vengeful heart seeking vengence on the Security officer Trudge who arrested him without much trial and truly orphaning his sister...
