Hanna- She stood with her hands placed on her hips, her stance wide and she lightly rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet. Her large, curious eyes beamed and seemed to glow a luminous orange as they stared up into his glasses. Her tail slithered behind her, and her whiskers twitched slightly as she spoke. "Lo there, mistah, what's 'yer name?"

Oakley-The fairly short, blonde-crested male owl stood, fixing the button on his vest. A few stray strands of hair fell into his face, of which he quickly slicked back up. Turning to walk away from his position, he suddenly heard Hanna speaking. Reacting with a hand to the chest and a slight jump, he replied. "What the-Hey! Don't sneak up on people like that. It's rude. You know what else is rude? Speaking in such a tone. Glob, you people never learn." He let his arms hang down once again, and took a step forward, glasses gleaming. "-But, if you really must know, Oakley. Oakley Oxford, the royal dresser to the Owl Kingdom." A small scoff escaped him. "What about you."

Hanna- Straightening up, she blew a few hairs out from in front of her face. She puffed out her chest proudly, speaking in her young, southern-accented voice, "Ah'm Hanna. I.. Uh.. Don't really have any more names.. Bu' mah maw would certianly know. How's 'yer day today, sir?" She smiled up at the owl, her rodent buck teeth revealed, and her whiskers twitched slightly. She stood about a meter from him and unfurled her right hand, extending it out to shake hands with him. She wore a tattered white tank-top that covered her chest, and she smelled sweetly of pine trees and berries.

Oakley- The skeptical male looked down on her, legitimately surprised he had met someone several inches shorter. He cocked an eyebrow as she spoke. "Yes. Hanna. I'll remember it." He nodded and spoke in a dramaticized tone. "And, my day is going simply GLORIOUS." He glared at the extended hand, as if it was a tentacle or something. Before shaking it, he inspected Hanna up and down. Wow, she didn't wear the nicest clothes, did she? Eugh. What a nasty shirt! And my god, why would she pick that color? And no pants?! By golly she must have a screw loose.
Regardless of whether he thought that or not, he shook her hand. "What are you, Miss Hanna? If you don't mind the inquiry."

Hanna- She noticed his skeptical and legitimately judging gazes at her, but smiled and curtsied lightly, his hand in hers. "Why, I don't mind, sir, I'm just some sorta strange critter, part bird, part rodent.. My maw calls our sorts woozles." She glanced up through his glasses, releasing his hand. "Oh, but don't worry, we're really clean critters as far as I know.. My maw an' paw an' 'lil sis are the only left of us. Maw sent me out to run a few errands.." her hind leg reached up and pulled something from a small pocket in the tank-top. "Apparently th' Owl Kingdom has alot of good stuff for us to buy." She placed the note back in the pouch, then tapped it lightly as it jingled with coins. "I came 'ere 'ta get some grub, but I'm guess'n I'm in th' wrong place. I.. Don't really come 'round here often." She looked up at him apologetically.
