Nicki: TheΒ young princessΒ burst through the front door of the casino an minute before they closed. "Shit shit shit shit..." She looked around,Β terrified, trying to find a place to hide. Then she spottedΒ the stage curtain that was tucked behind an amp. "Guys act cool, I was never here!" She said to the bandΒ before she ducked and hid behind the curtain.

The band members looked around at each other and shrugged as they continued to put away their instruments and equipment for the night. They'd... gotten used to the Princess' antics by now.
About a minute later, Slots came out of his office to check up on how things were closing down for the night. The young owner looked to the stage and rose an eyebrow when he saw a pair of shoes sticking out from under the curtain. He rolled his yellow eyes and walked over to back stage to where Nicki was hiding. In a flat voice he asked, "Who're you hiding from this time, Princess?"

Nicki:"My Royal adviser..." She looked up at him and hugged her knees "Cause umm.. I kinda snuck out and ran away.." The young woman said shyly as she looked back down at the floor. "But I thought I saw her so I got scared and ran here.."

Slots sighed and squatted down to her eye-level, "You can't keep running like this you know. They ARE going to find you." But when he saw Nicki wouldn't budge he rolled his eyes and stood up, offering a hand, "Here's not a good place to hide. C'mon."

Nicki: "Okay," she took his hand and stood up, refusing to release his hand as she stood closely to him.

Slots sighed and lead the princess into his office to hide, offering her a seat as he took one behind his big desk.

Nicki; She sat on the edge of the boss man's desk as she leaned back an looked at him over her shoulder. "Are you mad at me?" She asked shyly as she cocked a brow at him.

"About hiding here or sitting on my desk?" The young owner of the casino leaned back in his chair and pinched the bridge of his nose, "Nicki, you know you're always welcome here, I told you that. But if you could NOT sit on my desk that would be preferred."

Nicki: She pouted slightly at his attitude then she sighed "Well if you insist~" The princess stood up from his desk but then she sat right back down in his lap, resting her head shoulder while gently nuzzling into the crook of his neck.

Slots didn't move, simply sitting there with an annoyed expression on his face, "Apologies, but could you not?" He pulled away and looked at her, raising the eyebrow with a scar stretching from the top of his forehead over his eye and down his cheek.Β

Nicki: She looks at him with a deep frown as sighed, stood up and glumly walked over to a chair all the way across the room. The princess then took a seat in it and pulled her knees to her chest, hugging them while advoiding eye contact.

Slots rose an eyebrow as her huffiness, but didn't say anything, pulling out some paperwork he needed to get done by midnight and set to work. Not really bothered by the uncomfortable silence that had set between the two in his office. Something had changed from the last time Nicki had seen Slots.. something weird and wrong.
