I'm the Doctor- currently in my 11th generation. When I traveled with the Ponds, they convinced me to create this place as an outlet for humans to ask me questions.

I don't think my livestream had to do anything about screwing
up timestreams, i was just drawing :U

WEELLLL- multicolored, yes. However, it seems that the overload of Doctors has scrambled them, at least temporarily.
