Germany is a hard-working, efficient man. However, unlike his 1P self, he doesn't like to abide by the rules. He instead, makes up his own rules. He has short blond hair that is always slicked back. He always wears a brown hat to block the sun from his purple eyes. He has a variety of scars. The ones visible is the scar on his cheek and the three deep scratches on his arm. He always wears an iron cross around his neck as well as a muscle shirt, tan jacket draped over his shoulders and combat boots. He is very strict about certain things and is protective of his friends and family.
1. Unlike his 1P self, he is more of a cat person. He still likes dogs but he prefers cats over dogs.
2. Ludwig still likes his rules but he is not as strict about them as his other self. He will set his rules aside a lot of times or make new rules to make an exception for the prior rules.
3. Ludwig is a one pack a day smoker. He knows it is unhealthy but he not willing to quit.
4. At the unification of Prussia and Germany, he was not allowed to see his brother. In addition, the king allowed Nobels to beat young Germany. Because of this, he has a rough outer exterior and distrust to others.
5. Despite his distrust and exterior, he is more friendlier than 1P Germany. He acts more like Italy at some times but not to the full extent. He shows affection more easily and is not so embarassed.
6. 2P WWII was much more violent. He is not afraid to conquer or kill people and was smarter than 1P Germany and didn't spread his front as thin.
7. However, the increased violence, led to an even worse decline in his economy. He asked (with reluctance) to join the Austrian Empire.
8. He holds a strong grudge and dislike for his master though he won't do anything against him on account of his brother.
9. His brother is a large part of his life. Unlike his 1P self, he is not easily annoyed and finds most things about his brother to be either charming, adorable or irresistable.
