Well, first off: Yes, I am aware of 'personal space,' but I choose to ignore that at most times. Just ask Sabre. *snorts* Secondly, everything in the multiverse has some sort of scientific knowledge to back it up. However, some may require methods of 'quantification' that are yet to be discovered or followed through correctly. Science takes time when the answers are not given to you. *grins* I know little of your universe, but I believe that you would be one to appreciate the works for finding an answer, yes? As far as chaos emeralds go, the answer varies on your stance with the 'goddess' Aurora. While we are yet to know where or how they came into existence, along with the Master Emerald, they do hold an incredible power that could hardly be called 'magic.' Well...unless you are a puggle looking for a fun little bubblegum answer.

I mean, yeah, science really can explain a whole lot, but there are so many things that it can't explain. At least not yet. Does anyone know why gravity exists yet?
I can appreciate your doctorate, but, I mean, how can science explain me turning a cat into a dog without any DNA alteration through lab equipment? Can science give a friend butterfly wings out of dew?
And how is it scientifically possible what-so-ever that a blue, human-like hedgehog can run at the speed of sound?
Just because you don't believe in magic doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I know a spell that can reverse gravity, if you're interested.

One theory is that the size and weight of the planet in orbit pulls down toward the core, which creates gravity. It's the most widely accepted theory, but there is little way to test if it is exact.
*crosses arms thoughtfully* Well...I am yet to see that, but if it were possible, then it likely would have to do with your own species. I know nothing of your planet or kind, since obviously you are not Mobian. Your species may have alterations and capabilities that we do not. The only way to figure that out is through scientific study, and I very much doubt you are more than happy to get yourself cut open, yes? *smirks* As far as 'Sonic' goes, that is a matter of his own genetics. It does not interest me enough to seek that answer. However, here on Mobius, things like that are common.
