Ciaoooo! My name is Feliciano Vargas~! But I'mma country, so I'm also the northern part of Repubblica Italiana. But since my brother and I are sort of disorganized, we're not really unified, vee. Still working on that! I work for Signor Austria and Signora Hungary, and I'mma under the power of the Holy Roman Empire. With the exception of the Papal States, of course. He's kind of a bully, and chooses all the clergy without asking me. But he's still my friend, even if he pushes me around a lot.
I am the Holy Roman Empire, or Ludovicus. I speak many languages, due to my constantly changing borders. My hero is the Roman Empire! It's one of my goals to become as powerful as he was, as you can tell from my name. Technically, though, I'm the German Empire. My entire name is The Holy Roman Empire of the German Nations, which is very formal. You can ask me as well as I-Italy...She's so cute... I'm known to have a bit of a temper, as well. Please keep this in mind.

Personality: A bit of a pervert and highly overprotective of Italy. He's slightly arrogant and stubborn, but kind-hearted to those he loves. HRE is known for being kind of obsessive.
Backstory: Holy Roman Empire, despite being personified by a child, is one of the largest powers of Europe. His empire (debatable if he's an actual empire or not) is built of many smaller countries, and he greatly enjoys feudalism. However, he's concerned his empire could easily fall apart.
((OOC: I'm Emilia c: I roleplay as Chibitalia and HRE in first person in this account. I love to draw Chibitalia with pigtails and I have a headcanon about HRE being really chubby.
