Well, the main tale of Phoenix WrightΒ is you are a neophyte rookie, your friend is convicted of a murder, you face a one-time rival to get him off, then your boss gets killed and you're then aided by her sister to get her (and later you) off by taking out a business mogul with lists of shady deals (with help from your late boss), and you have tons of adventures together.
Adventures include, but are not limited to:
helping a TV star
helping your friend who is also your sworn rival in the court
solving a crime before it's dismissed for good
as your late boss, saving your own hide
getting an evil spirit that was also your late evil redrom out of your aide
bringing back the whole honor of legislaceration
solving a court bombing
solving the secret of a town's majykks and sudden fainting
and more!
(also, lots of investigations as your rival, you form a law firm with a guy who can sense lies with a golden bracelet, the sister and little sister of your late boss, and a gal who knows feelings, discrepancy in feelings, and emotional conflicts (with some help from an AI in a necklace)
