Apologies for speaking to you specifically to make a request, but I do wish to minimize the amount of work you need to do at once. My first Final Mix is complete, but I've been holding off on deleting the original because I don't want there to be an empty folder at the Academy. Could you please prepare the Two of Us [Final Mix] chapters to be added?

I'm actually already planning on it. I'm just going through the backlog of pieces to be submitted into the group's gallery right now. I'm not sure when it happened or why the hell it happened, but now we can each only submit up to ten pieces into ANY group gallery per day!!!! It sucks!!!! I've checked your story and there's about 25 chapters in it. With the new rule, it would take three days to submit them all into a folder in the gallery!! You won't BELIEVE how many pieces I have in my inbox that can be submitted in FinalArtsAcademy and are just SITTING there because of that stupid limit!!!
I'll get your story submitted, I promise. It's just going to take a little longer than expected

Point B: The Traverse Game doesn't need its own folder at the Academy. That can sit friendly in the TWEWY FanFiction folder. Or the Falling Dreams folder. Teacher's choice.
Point C: You don't need new folders for the Final Mixes. I'm going to straight-up delete the originals when each Mix is concluded, just put the new ones in the folders of the old ones.

If you're worried about getting the chapters in the wrong order, don't. Knowing what you're doing will make it that much easier.
-Since you're doing Two of Us in bulk, request submission in reverse order (Extra Chapter 3->1, Epilogue, Chapter 20, Chapter 19...) and I'll confirm them in that order, which should default them to the appropriate order.
-For future Final Mixes, I can't guarantee that the chapter count will be as close, so it'll be safer to do it on a chapter-by-chapter basis.

Just put a note in the folder's description about where The Traverse Game chapters will eventually end up so the members don't get confused.
It's also so the members of the group don't get confused. The separate folders let them know that the Final Mixes of your stories are on the way. And I get the feeling that the Final Mix stories won't be posted all at once. Those folders will be a place where the chapters will go so they don't get mixed up and accidentally deleted with the old chapters.

You're absolutely right in assuming the Mixes won't come all at once. If it's a matter of preventing confusion for more than just you and me, I understand completely. I don't forsee getting more than two chapters of a given Mix out in a day (ESPECIALLY not Broken Chains; I'm actually considering just working off Theater Mode for that one), which should help alleviate difficulties with the group submission limit.

I got a couple of questions about some chapters in the "Two of Us" Final Mix that you cut out, mainly the Extra chapters containing the Gold Match, the Kurt Zisa Battle, the Phantom battle and "Another Side, Another Story". Should I transfer those chapters from the original folder to the Final Mix folder? Cause personally I like those chapters and I'm sure other people do too.

Well all the chapters were up, I wasn't going to just stop reading them just because I couldn't submit them yet. When I read a story that's finished, I stick with it until I reach the end of it.

See author's comment on Extra Chapter 2 for those first three. As for ASAS, I decided not to Final Mix it. Instead, I'll be writing Tide of Memory's (pen)ultimate chapter using nighΒ allΒ implements from ASAS. Do not go through the trouble of transfering them, as I will be deleting them with the rest.
