Hola. I'm hoping Ember got the message to you that I kind of had to put your commission on the backburner for an emergency last-minute gift one. I have time now to sketch out yours, but I failed to ask if you wanted it in a chibi style or not?
If you want chibi, I can definitely do that a lot faster than my typical style, but I finally got some free time (and access to the computer) so I thought I'd ask!

Well as for observation, Your O.C. lacks further development like real flaws and quirks. I would also highly recommend to not use your O.C. as a self-insert because it's highly frowned upon and doesn't produce good results. You see a Hetalia O.C. is made from real countries and not fictional nations as I believe (I made Hetalia O.C.s before, but I dumped it for improvement's sake) and unless Atlantis dyed her hair blue (which blue hair dyes didn't exist at the time the legend was made by the way) she would be considered a Sue. There are really so many things to improve on your O.C. (if you still wan to retain it)
The decision is ultimately in your hands, but I have to warn you that if you become really bratty about your "Hetalia O.C." someone out there in the multiple bad Hetalia o.c.'s tumblr blogs would put your O.C. in heavy criticism. You wouldn't like to happen that to you I swear if only you saw.

Oh I made this awhile ago just for my friends and stuff it was all for fun I don't care about if other people like it or not you know? I'm a little out of touch with Hetalia anyway but I still really liked the character I do have a set of attributes and such for her but I've never really gone into detail since I figured most people wouldn't really care either way my friends know what shes like and that what matters and I mean I only did a fictional country because well I didn't really want to do a real country I wouldn't feel right about accidentally offending a real country or misunderstanding somethingΒ
but I mean thank you for the constructive criticism (I guess) but Atlantis kind of like a double up character since I don't use her much for Hetalia anymore anyway I just like her so why not?
