Hey! I was roaming around the Tokotas group at random, ended up on the Design Den thread, and noticed your request. You got a lovely design! But for future reference, I thought I'd answer your questions about the geno in case you ever get another one that's similar (perhaps from breeding the current lovely). (Not an admin, just addicted to designing and genos lol)

Marked can be shown, because it's visible over Seal and Seal covers up the Van Gogh. The Van Gogh, alas, might as well not be present except for breeding purposes. When you have a Seal, you can basically ignore most of the other markings the geno has except for those specifically mentioned in the guide as being able to appear with/over Seal (like greying, starmarks, etc.) So the Van Gogh would not affect anything, really. It's hidden beneath the Seal. The only parts of that geno you needed to pay attention to for designing were seal, greying, and rainmarks. The rest is hidden beneath seal. Hope that helps for the future!
