Put simply: he can't.
Heroic Spirits come from the Throne of Heroes, a special enclave of the Root where the souls (or faith powered manifestations) of heroes are stored so that they may be summoned when needed. Only humanoids connected to Alaya and known by humanity can be summoned from here.
Type-Venus is essentially the embodiment of the Planet Venus. As such, she is completely disconnected from Alaya. As such she cannot ascend to the Throne of Heroes nor could she be summoned as a lesser familiar.
That said, Type-Venus could freely come down to Earth and chill with Shirou should they want to.

I figured, but it was an idea for a collab with a friend on fanfiction. Plus it could've been worse, it could've been Type Mercury or Saturn. But that said, if the Throne can summon several beings from other timelines, maybe it would affect the Notes universe like Shiki did since she was used as a city and while yes the planet was dead, she could've been used as a new will in a sense given her parasitic nature.

I couldn't answer your request for words on the image that asshole made, as I have blocked them to prevent further harassment from them, so I will post my response here.
Well, first of all, if this person is really genderfluid, and they really do have trans family members, then they would understand my preference for singular they. They clearly don't.
Second, your ethnicity has nothing to do with your political beliefs. I don't recall the Koreans being honourary Aryans, but, in terms of ideology, the only difference between Nazism and Juche is the belief that the "purest race" in the latter is considered to be weak and in need of a strong leader to defend it.
Third, regardless of whether or not I have transitioned, they have no right to refer to me as "he" if I do not want to be referred to as such. This applies to everyone, not just me.
Fourth, I will not bother with refuting their points about being "only a feminist in relations to the middle east" or "not a National Socialist", because those are most likely red herrings. Besides, a lot of Nazis on the internet consider the term "Nazi" to be "offensive" and prefer people to refer to them as things like "National Socialist", "alternative right", "alt-right", "defenders of western civilization", etc. etc. etc.
Fifth, I never said that I was obese. I said that I was overweight. Those terms do not mean the exact same thing. I have some chub, but it is not to the point that I look like I have eaten a writing desk.

Well... that's a start. Terra, being an Earth Spirit, has a very bizarre set of philosophies. When she asks if someone "is human", its actually has a series of varied and obscure meanings. For example: she likes Sol because he is "very human"; however, she has a dislike towards Phil for being "too human".
While I'm not certain, it would appear that Terra favors people who can think critically and moderate themselves, but despises people who get consumed by their human desires.
So again; how human is she?

I was thinking of how to make Leviathan fit your description of the 'hell' version of her; part of me is wondering if it should be an AU version of her; yet I'm thinking maybe with every reincarnation; Leviathan has a different personality, yet at some point in her life period; greed slowly starts to come into her soul, slowly yet surely. I'm thinking perhaps it hasn't entered her soul in this timeline YET, but perhaps in a sequal she is getting corrupted and has to be stopped(which would allow us to bring in behemoth in a sequal)
It's just an Idea though. I guess we'll have to see how the collab unfolds.

I was sorta thinking the inverse of that development. Make it so that she started as a savage beast, but became more cunning and intelligent through the ages. She still has her primal desire to consume everything, but is much more patient and refined in her tactics.
