Aye, job hunting is extremely annoying. I might be forced to just take whatever I can, wether it's sweeping the streets (although if the planned reforms to jobseeking benefits go through, i'll be doing it anyway) or something I actually want to do.
I'm also expected to travel up to an hour and a half (ignoring the fact that I neither own a car, nor possess the funds to buy the lessons, take the test, fail the test, re-take it, fail it again, re-re-take it, pass, buy a car and then insurance to go with it and making sure it's roadworthy) to get to work; apparently by claiming jobseekers allowance i've agreed to this condition-that-I-wasn't-told-about, and so I have to rely on public transport to get me as directly to wherever I need to go as possible, and on time...
Somehow I think these people are overestimating the abilities of British public transport...
