Why?
I have never understood why thanking people when they follow you or give favorites to your art.
I believe that while you continue to demonstrate that you can improve your art and share that progress is more than enough. ~3~

I guess because it makes me feel good when other people enjoy something that I create. It’s just common courtesy to thank someone when they compliment you, which is basically what those little stars are. As for the watches, that’s someone saying that they want to see more of your art, that they want to follow your improvements and progression through your creations. I was raised to be polite no matter what, so I always thank others.

Well, I share that thought, however my way of doing it is more than giving flames and favorites, this is my way of showing my gratitude, in which case I really like your art and admire it in its entirety, I follow it, in your case I respect you, I like the progress of your art over time.
