With the Autobots, I pretty much like the whole team. Ratchet, Bulkhead, and Arcee are my favorites, and I think it's impossible not to like Optimus. With Decepticons, I like Megatron and Starscream a lot. (I'm the only Transformers fan I know who isn't firmly Autobot or Decepticon. Huh.) I can't pick a favorite pony out of the Mane Six or a favorite Aquabat!, it'd feel like a betrayal (although if I had to, it'd be Fluttershy and MC Bat Commander). And I love Dan, even if he's a complete jerk.
I admit that with all the college classes I've had lately, plus other stuff going on in my life, those four shows are the only shows on The Hub I watch, let alone at all. I think it's because those four really have that older audience appeal I appreciate.

Pinkie is a close second, or tied with Fluttershy for first! I picked the characters I felt would be the "face" of each respective show for the drawing, though. Not my favorites, per se. I designed it as if it would be an actual advertisement for The Hub.

It's not a re-draw. It's a totally new drawing, with just those characters I mentioned. So, no need to change anything once you're done with the first Hub Heroes drawing.
