Okay, I'm only posting this to help you realize your mistake in posting/editing copyrighted work. If you hide/flag this, you'll only make matters worse for yourself.
I strongly suggest you actually read this comment thoroughly, because it could possibly save you from getting into serious trouble with the law.
You're committing a serious crime called art theft, or also known as "copyright infringement."
Copyright infringement is financial gain, making a commercial work accessible to members of the public, concealing intent of infringement, providing false copyright, distributing or importing for distribution false copyright information, or removing or altering copyrights. And because DeviantART is a U.S-based company, you have to abide by the U.S. laws that are in place.: "As we are a U.S. based company the laws which govern deviantART are those of the United States of America. By agreeing to abide by the deviantART Submission Agreement and our Terms of Service you are also agreeing that you will abide by the laws which govern our website" (FAQ #250: The laws of my country differ from those of the United States- which ones apply? ).
DeviantART also gives addresses, emails, name and IP information (electronic address) upon court order as stated in deviantART's privacy policy:
"We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information when required by law or under the good-faith belief that such disclosure is necessary in order to conform to applicable law, comply with subpoenas, court orders or legal process served on deviantART, to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims, and to protect the property or interests of deviantART." oh, ma la playstation Γ¨ praticamente nata dalla nintendo. la sony e la nintendo hanno collaborato per creare un sistema di gioco che supportasse i cd. il fatto che la sony ne abbia l'esclusiva fu effettivamente deciso in seguito (all'epoca c'erano molte, MOLTE meno rogne di copyright. ti racconterΓ² anche di questo.)

If it's against the rules, why are there so many still here? Why are the creators still here? Why is it that nearly everyone but you is just fine? People like them - they're funny, they're amusing. It's not that much of a big deal, people are just having fun, and that's all that should matter. Instead of being angry about this small problem, why not try to fix the problem about people stealing art, claiming it's theirs and then having the real artist get in trouble? That happened to one of my other friends, and it wasn't fair. I'm glad you care about something, but there are bigger issues.

Because some people don't care about the rules and think dA is like flickr or Photobucket, that's why. And as ~Smkiller said, "the staff here has loads of stuff to go through here every day. Some things just kind of slip under the radar". dA has new members every day and new submissions every second, it's impossible for the staff to keep track of every single piece that breaks the rules. That's why there's a Report Deviation button in every single deviation. But some people, like him, me, and many others, prefer warning the person before reporting. If the user takes the image down by himself, he or she cannot be penalized.
This is not a small issue, you know. Copyright infringement is a real crime, and in the United States (dA's original country), it can range from 5 years in prison and can be up to $500,000 fine, and anyone over 13 can stand trial as an adult, if the courts think one is mentally capable.

do you know how long that is? if the community had a problem against me and what I do, I'd have been banned aeons ago. plus, as I'm not the only one who makes motivationals around here, I'm simply not going to stop just because some random deviant from nowhere tells me I'm going against his policy. the "motivationals should go" opinion is yours, and yours alone. the second the admins will tell me I'm doing something wrong, I'll discuss it with them and do what I have to, if I'll have to.
