It relates back to my Friday the 13th pic. Verna saw Latif dressing up as Sailor Chibimoon and laughed hard at him. So on Halloween, they made a dare. And then Latif lost it so now he has to go out as Sailor Chibimoon, and Verna is still giggling at him for that. What do you think?
