you DO know that you can make that one deviation your deviantID by changing its category, right?

Go to a deviation of your choice that you submitted... edit the deviation... change the Category to DeviantArt Related>deviantID... now go to your profile... see the deviantID tab? click the Edit button on the top right of it.... then click the Choose a Deviation button... select a deviation (only the deviations you submitted into the DeviantID category will show up)... and save!
