Apparently, "Sekai Project", the guys responsible for the fan translation of the original School Days, are now working with JAST-USA and 0verflow itself to release HQ in the US, translated and uncensored (I hope it also comes to the UK, but I can always import it from the States)

It is exciting, though what really gets me is that 0verflow contacted Sekai Project in order to make this happen. I've never heard of a company working with a fan group, so that is the most amazing part. ///_^

I dont think it ("it" being School Days... or any of the *Days) would catch on extensively outside of Japan. Sure, the majority of hongfire and 4chan's /a/ board love the series, but I dont think 0verflow will make much profit from releasing any other *Days game or the anime in another language.
