Even the people who made this believed Goku should have won. Everyone is Goku's fan... because Goku has the better character! You WANT to cheer for Goku!! and of course, Dragonball just has better characters than anyone in the Superman universe. I mean...

if you just take Goku and Vegeta... vs Superman... and who else? He doesn't even have a side kick! This is very well parodied in Holy Musical, B !tman! By starkidpotter.

And Vegeta feels more than just a villain... Superman doesn't really have an Antihero, does it?

so storywise... Dragonball, DBZ, DBGT, etc etc etc... I think Akira Toriyama wins for having a much better story and characters (even if the anime abused cinematic time heavily )

nonetheless... Superman isn't about being strong. It's a completely different story about home vs heritage. I like the philosophy that can be discovered through superman.

You should check out TeamFourStar. the guy who hosts Death Battle! used plenty of TeamFourStar's comedy tactics in this. It's obvious if you know how TFS does things

THey are the biggest DBZ fans I have ever seen... and it's more than a parody... they pretty much bring back fans to DBZ, aseries that pretty much died in the 90s.
