I like to take pictures with my cellphone. I don't own a real camera so I like my phones (obviously). The camera that I want is the Sony Alpha 350 DSLR camera. I gotta save up like $670 dollars though. =(But I make do with what I have.
Now I have the Samsung Omnia SCH-i910. That smartphone has a 5 megapixel camera. Just take a look at my photos.

We're doing a FFVII group for Ikasucon and probably Matsuricon, and I was wondering if you would like to come with us (we'll be splitting gas and hotel costs) and cosplay as our rude. We already have a Reno, which is Julie, and I'm going to be Cloud and Kuma is probably gonna be Cid.

Man I would have to make a lot of changes:
1. Get Bald
2. Shave off my side burns.
3. Get a black suit w/ gloves.
4. Get 8 piercings. (hopefully I won't need them.)
-but if I have to I might get like 1 or two.
-Then after a few months gauge out the lobes to his size.
I think it will be fun.
I went to the one at BGSU and I liked it. I have cosplayed yet at all but it will be a new experience.

haha, don't worry, there are tons and tons of people that completely half ass their cosplays. I'm a bit of a perfectionist only when it comes to myself, but it's completely up to you how far you take it. you could always get fake piercings. Cloud's ear is pierced and I'm not pierced so I might like elmers glue a bead or something to my ear xDD we'll hopefully be at each con the entire weekend, at least ikasucon. matsuricon we may not be able to go friday considering a lot of us will probably have class.

I've come across earrings that just clip onto your ear but they kinda hurt (then again it's me talking). I've also heard of magnetic kinds. I'd just look around.

I didn't know! we'll definitely hafta hang out. oh yah, and we're getting a big group together for the con so it's dirt cheap and hopefully we'll end up having about 8 people to split a room with, as long as you're cool with splitting a room with that many people xD; I also use a box fan to sleep.

I am fine with that many people I think the floor or other places that people would think that is uncomfortable is comfortable to me. lol. I like the sound of a fan. It is sort of.....calming. Ya know?
I sometimes sleep with a box fan on in the winter just for the sound.
I just gotta get some money around to go. I have enough for the registration fee. I just gotta find a suit with gloves and some earrings and sunglasses (maybe two pairs if you know what I mean lol. Hint: Reno)

I am majoring in Electronics and Computer Technology or Computer Science. Either way I still deal with computers and that is what I like.
I just need to know some prices. Like what would be the gas/hotel/etc be? I have like 200 bucks. Would that be close to enough? This is my first event like this so I just want to make total sure that I will have enough. To tell you the truth, I am nervous. lol.

registration for a full weekend should cost only 45. you'll need to bring your ID and a printed, filled out registration form according to the site (registration info is here: [link] ) I'm not sure about gas and hotel per person at the moment, but since you're in a large group and we're gonna stay at a cheap place anyway, 200 is more than enough. It's probably enough to go to the con and have plenty to spend on food and in the dealer's room, which will be very tempting. xD but yah, that's one con though. however I think you could easily have enough money left over from ikasucon to cover matsuricon as well if you're really smart about it. j/w, do you plan on going to both or just one?
I'll talk to Kuma later and we'll try to figure out the numbers. It also helps to bring a lot of snack food to either keep at the hotel or carry with you. A lot of the time at cons people forget to do basics such as eating, sleeping, and unfortunately bathing. x_x I generally forget to eat and rest so I tend to wear myself out and feel like shit at cons. Don't end up like me! And don't be nervous! Conventions are amazing fun and most people are very nerdy and accepting! The only thing to worry about is having so much fun you forget your basic needs, which actually happens a lot.

Hey, I just went to the dentist today and they said the my lower right wisdom tooth is growing in sideways and my lower left one needs to come out too. He said that they need to come out this summer. I am sorry I can't go to the cons. I am going to use my 200 dollars for the down payment for the surgery but that still isn't the full payment. The full down payment is like 350+ dollars. It sucks. I am sorry again.

Yea I saw registration fees I know I have those covered. I am just worrying about the whole getting the cosplay together. I am not sure how expensive that would be. Since I don't have a job, I and kind of strapped for cash. As of right now I don't know quite yet if I am going to both of them. I really want to go to the first one on the 7-9 or however long it is. My birthday is August 5 so I will have just turned 18. lol.
I looked up some men's clip on earrings and for a small pair, they are like 23 dollars. Those ones that I found would be perfect. They are black and small, perfect to get the cartilage piercings covered on rude. The problem was that is was so expensive. 23 dollars a pair and I need like 5 single ones. 
My sister said that she would help me get around the stuff for the cosplay. I just hope it is not that expensive to get the stuff around. Isn't the registration due date July 4 for the first one?

July 4 is only if you choose to pre register, I never do that but it makes registration like 5-10 dollars cheaper than it'd be at the door and gets you through the line faster. That bites the earrings are so expensive. I would try other places, maybe they have some at the costume holiday house or on ebay? The rest of the costume is pretty much just a suit, you could even borrow one from somebody. xD if for some reason the costume doesn't get done, though, it's understandable. If something happens where you can't get it done you can still come with us, a lot of people in our room aren't cosplaying with us, I just think you'll make an awesome Rude.
