Feli is your stereotypical pasta loving fool~ He is a cheerful and energetic man who gets scared very easily. Italia isn't the strongest country either.He depends on his friend Germany a lot, even though he doesn't really pay attention to him. Italia is a very kind man at heart, and would never hurt a soul. He doesn't get mad very often at all, and Feli always tries to stay cheerful. However, Feliciano has had a very hard past, especially when he wasn't an official country.
Memories of such a past does upset Italia, and although he seems cheerful and happy ALL the time, he has very bad scars of his past. {Not physical scars} 
Italia has short brown hair with brown eyes. He has a curl on the left side of his head.
He usually wears a blue WWII military uniform, a black shirt and tie, and black boots.
As a child, he wore dresses, and was often mistaken for a girl.
When not in uniform, he can often be seen dressed in a white sailor suit-style top and blue shorts.

"Oh, great..." Abbie thought, sighing as she watched her class bus fly by.
"There goes my only way back to America. Now I'm young, broke, AND homeless." She sighed bitterly.
"Well, I-Italy's lovely; I could get used to it! But first I'll have to ask someone if they was another way home..." She sighed, but smiled as she saw a young Italian man hum happily and walk past her.
"Well, he seems perfect to ask! At least he seems like we wont hurt me."
"Um, excuse me, sir! Might I ask where I am exactly in Italy?" Abbie called out, hoping he would listen.

The Italian man grinned brightly, going over to the other and taking her hand in his. "Ahhh! Such a cute lady! Ciao, Ciao~! I am Feliciano Vargas, but people call me italy!" He said, still smiling.

Livvie, meanwhile, had just finished setting up all his gifts on the table and quickly fled to his bedroom, giggling.

He followed the notes directions, and quickly headed to the table with all the gifts and stuff. His eyes widened, yes actually opening, and he sighed with content and happiness. "Ve~ Bella is so nice, I owe her~" He mumbled to himself as he went on his knees, studying them all.

She left a small trail of petals behind her when she walked, closing the door to his bedroom quietly. She then quickly started unbuttoning her shirt, looking at the outfits she had laid on the bed. "I don't know which one he'll want to see me in more."

He opened, looked through some of the gifts, he was extremely happy. He put one box on his head, he didn't know where else to put it, and thought for a while. "Ve, I wish there was some past-" He stopped himself, there. The smell, the corner of his eye. "Ah~ Pastaaa~!" He practically jumped over there and grabbed it. "Grazie~"

Livvie heard his famous "Pastaaa~!" line and giggled. One gift she knew would always work on him would be pasta.

Straight away, the Italian munched through the pasta. Oh, how he enjoyed it! He continued to eat until the plate was completely empty, and frowned a bit when it was finished. He stood up straight, knowing there was a lot more gifts to check out, but he wanted to see Livvie still. Where was she? "Ve,Bella~ Where are you?"

Livvie sorta wanted to make him come find her, so she teasingly had left little articles of her clothing laying in a line leading to his bedroom. She simply giggled, remaining quiet and trying to decide between something pink and blue.

The Italian kept trying to look for her, until he found the first piece of clothing. He blinked, reaching down and picking it up. A...Sock? He looked forward, another one!
It hit him, a trail! He smiled brightly, picking up the clothing as he went along.

The dirty blonde heard him getting closer, and cursed under her breath. Pink or blue, pink or blue?! She couldn't decide! "You know what, I'll go with a blue top and pink bottoms. Best of both worlds.." She muttered.

He finally picked up the final piece of clothing, his hands were full and he accidentally dropped all the clothes on the floor again. "Ve...Come on !" he shook his head, picking them all up again. This gave Livvie more time.

After she had put her chosen clothing on, she quickly hopped onto the bed, pretending to be asleep. She curled up tightly, nuzzling her face into the pillow.

When he finished picking up the clothes again, he headed into their room, hoping to find her there. He dropped the clothes to the side, and then went over to her. Smiling lightly. "Ah, she's so cute when she sleeps~" He mutters lightly to himself. It was true, she did look adorable to him.
