# About me
BioDon't mind me, just a Finnish BBA student passing through. Bookworm, library assistant. Planning to use BBA to qualify as librarian. You can call me Beldarius, Raiden or Elisa, or any variation of the three.
My dA account contains mostly writing since I can't draw for my life - though even my writing has taken a hit thanks to writer's block. Nowadays I mostly write biographies for my OCs, and wait for inspiration to strike so I can actually use them in fics.
Character Corner
OC lists
- You can find most of my OCs in this list. I've given them brief biographies, and if you want to know more (particularly about Saint Seiya OCs), there's a lot of information scattered across my journal.
Ships
- Most of my current OC ships, divided into active fandoms (the ones I'm currently into) and inactive fandoms (the ones I've put on the backburner). There are both OC/OC and OC/canon ships.

Hi, Beldarius!
I think that "Walden James/Walter Rego" is an alias of either Steve Kramer or Michael Sorich. How about that?

Apparently none of my theories were sound enough - they were all shot down, including that one.
...To be fair, the admin's idea of Walden and Walter being the same person is also just speculation and not based on any actual evidence, so eh.

Waa!
Joku muukin on lukenut Eddingsiä! Vahingossa huomasin ryhmän johon kuulut! The best writers ever!

Seriously GO read Dune. We're talking about a story thats been CITED as the GAME of THRONES of SCI FI........ EXCEPT even ffar more complex in many ways particularly in worldbuilding, politics, and subtle very dark story with comparable shades of Grey).

Are you familiar with Dune? I wtched the 84 movie last month and I am currently reading the novel.
HONESTLY just when I thought I seen it all, Dune is quickly becoming my favorite book of all time surpassing many old favorites such as The Lord of the Rings, A Song of Ice andFire, and even surpassing many of my big favorites outside of literature such as Saint Seiya, Hokuto No Ken, and Toy Story.
Im literally addicted that Ive even read in the dark when there were no lights and bring the book everywhere I go to read at every moment I could get such as stoplights or sitting in the mall waiting for my friends to finish shopping.
GO READ IT NOW is all I'm leaving it.

I finished my first rewatch of Hokuto No Ken eysterday!
Star watching it immediately! It is far superior to Saint Seiya in pretty much almost everyway and it makes Saint SEiya like an extreme overrated stuff!
Seriously Hokuto No Ken is the MANLIEST anime that ever existed and MOST BADASS. Raoh alone is WAY MORE BADASS and far EBTTER developed than any of the Gods in Saint Seiya and Kenshiro makes PHoenix Ikki seems like a little wimpy boy.
If its saying somehting, Hokuto No Ken is WAY MORE POPULAR than Saint Seiya is today in Japan and is sucha pop cultural icon that Sailor Moon and Luffy are unknown compared to Kenshiro and only other classic icons like Doraemon and Goku are in the same level of fame! I mean in its original market life, it sold over 100 million copies, something only Doraemon and Dragon Ball from the same period can match.
Not to mention it has ONE of the SEXIEST and MANLIEST Prettyboy in anime/manga, Juuza of the Cloud . He's WORTH watching HOkuto No Ken lone and is the EPITOME of Loveable womanizer in anime/manga!

I got a RECOMMENDATION for you........
SILENT MOBIUS!
It blends in Blade Runner with lots of Shonen action, a strong script, adn character development far superior than Saint Seiya, DBZ, and many SHonen classics. Easily the best anime I watched this past fall-winter months and a contendor for my favorite anime I watched this year.

I mentioned it a while back, but are you familiar with Supernatural? Wondering how big it got overseas. Its one of th current MAJOR HITS of the US.
Even though its not your genre, type you'll probably the show. We're talking about storytelling superior to Saint Seiya, Naruto, Sailor Moon, Dragon Ball Z, etc and in almost everyway (character development, lore, dialogue, plot, pacing, etc).
Not to mention the series is infamous for its really HOT guys (not lying these actors are among the craze in the US right now).

Hhhhmm what do you think of the notion of Finland being Scorpio?
Most astrology authorities and authors (not astrologers but people who write for websites, magazines, and their own books) state Finland is embodied by Scorpio.

I think Aries would be the most aggressive Mars sign, while the least aggressive would be either Pisces or Cancer.
As for the worst Moon sign, maybe Scorpio. The drama queens of the Zodiac.

...My Mars is in Capricorn. XD
I'm not that well-versed in aspects (though we did study them during an astrology course)... opposite signs is a bit easier, for ex I do know that Virgo is the opposite of Pisces.

That series aired for a while in Finland back in 2000. I watched a few episodes, but I only remember liking Zagato. Now I can't stand CLAMP due to their female character designs (the eyes take up half their face). That, and I don't really like Zagato's English voice actor that much (he sucked as Sanzo in Saiyuki Reload); the Japanese voice actor is so much better. I kind of want to watch that series now.
I own the Finnish translation of the manga version, haven't started it yet. Focusing on other series first (including Ginga Nagareboshi Gin and Alice in the Country of Hearts).

Well, I usually don't start watching an anime until I've caught up with or finished another - I like to be systematical. XD Currently catching up with One Piece (8-10 episodes to go), then moving on to Kuroko no Basket. Still need to finish Digimon Xros Wars, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, Victorian Romance Emma, History's Strongest Disciple and Saint Seiya Omega. And rewatch Cyber Formula.
I also intend to watch several series, including Starry Sky, Uta no Prince-sama, Yowamushi Pedal, Haikyuu, Diamond no Ace, Initial D 5th Stage, Alice in the Country of Hearts, Diabolik Lovers and a few others.

Super Robot Wars OG is another series that I've gotten into - still intend to watch all three (or rather four) anime series. Currently reading the -Divine Wars- Record of ATX manga (it retells the story of the second SRW anime, and -The Inspectors- Record of ATX is a sequel to that and based on the Inspector anime - though these storylines ORIGINALLY came from the OG games for the PS2). ...I can't wait until they make 3rd Super Robot Wars OG and finally finish the storyline. Need to see what the final battle against Keiser Ephes will look like with nothing but original Banpresto characters (in the Alpha game, he was weakened after Nekki Basara from Macross started playing music XD ...Since he isn't in OG, they need to create a new "battle music" -based character for that~).

Haven't played any of them. ...My Project X Zone game does feature a few characters from Tekken, Street Fighter and Virtua Fighter. I originally got that game due to Sänger from Super Robot Wars, but then I discovered it has other characters I know (like the Sakura Taisen ones).
Oh, Guilty Gear. That game that has Ky Kiske in it (his Japanese voice actor is my top favorite VA). I do have a PS2, but I've never tried it and don't know if it even works.

I'm not really that keen on fighting games. XD They remind me of side-scrolling games and I can't stand those (Castlevania is awful, I just completely suck at playing games like that). First-person shooters are even worse.
I'm much better at tactical RPGs like the Tales games (though actually their combat IS real-time) and even some tactical grid RPGs (Project X Zone, Super Robot Wars, Fire Emblem). That reminds me, I need to try getting through that Elzam battle in the GBA version of Super Robot Wars OG. He keeps killing all my units, even Sänger and his Grungust Type-0.

I read the TVTropes pages and I don't really mind either variation. XD Flanderization is freaking funny in One Piece (like Sanji turning into a chivalrous pervert after the time skip), and in Super Robot Wars (where Masaki's lack of direction was upped to the umpteenth when he got so lost he ended up in a different game).
As for the second one, I'm one of those who already knew the Ninja Turtles were named after painters. XD I've known that since I was a kid. It's fun how that trope contains voice actor impersonations, I never knew Brain from Pinky and the Brain was based on Orson Welles. (Though sometimes that pop culture trope annoys me... especially when people start calling Robin Hood's whistling theme the Hamster Dance, or when they think "Ai no Aisatsu" from La Corda d'Oro was made by Kanon Wakeshima. It's actually "Salut d'Amour" by Edward Elgar.)

...I actually love the inside joke of "run up stairs, get ass kicked, kick ass back, run up stairs, rinse and repeat" that Saint Seiya produced. XD
Seiya isn't really smart enough to follow strategy - he's basically exactly like Luffy from One Piece (I wouldn't put it past Seiya to go through a wall by destroying it). Shiryu may end up following strategy most of the time, but it always deteriorates into him blowing his Cloth off and losing most of his blood and/or his eyesight. Ikki curbstomps everybody he fights and he comes back to life each time he dies so he has no need for strategy. ...I can't remember much about Hyoga's battles so that leaves Shun who really does get through everything by using strategy (and raw power when he's pissed enough).
I haven't really run across any stigmas about my favorite series. And if I have, they're something that I love to joke about myself. XD Including Sanji's weakness to women in One Piece. That never ceases to amuse me.

...Shiryu lost most of his blood almost all the time. And he lost his eyesight twice. It's a running gag now. ...First time was when he poked his own eyes out fighting Algol, and the second time was when he fought Krishna.
