The first piece in over 3 years is "My Phoenix Arisen".........I'm so glad I can use my hands again, be able to sculpt........Feel free to read my DA Interview (ink is on my profile page.) It will explain a bit about how I do my work, not to shock you, but I'll be 60 on my next birthday, but my attitude and sense of humor makes me only 18 with 42 years of experience :-) (Smile) and it shows, but seriously when I sculpt, I sculpt one hair, or one scale,whatever I'm creating, at a time..........jack

My Dragon Azul took me over 6 months to create, and it has over 80 shades of color. (I sculpt in full color, I have never paited any of my pieces. I feel it brings out the details and it seem show the colors much better than painting........Thanks again, Sarah! Jack (jss)

Hi Sarah
It takes a lomg time to create my sculpts. It due to some phyical ailments (post polio, heart attack and several strokes. ) I'm doing much better, but my first piece I created took about 3 years. I was unable to awake from triple by pass surgery for 3 weeks and when I awoke, I didnt know where I was, or what had happened. The first person I saw was my wife, Cindy, and she explained all that had happened. She and my whole family was waiting for to become conscious and whe heard what happed to me , I didnt beieve them, so I looked under my blanket, and I , then, saw that it was true and I had iver 300 staples on my leg showing where they had to remove an artery to repair my heart. I was paralyzed on my entire right side and could talk, write, or walk (I'm wheelchair bound still) I had to relearn everything, but I did it ! All of the deigns in my "tattoo design" gallery are commissions for other people. I do charge and price depends on size and detail etc.
