Nearing the end of my summer holidays.
I got a text from an old friend this morning asking if I wanted to go for a drink sometimes.
Last time I saw her was when her mother died earlier this year and I know she doesn't really need me in her life so I'm wondering why she suddenly messaged me.
I think it'll be good for you to talk to a neutral third party about what you're going through. It's sometimes a lot easier to tell complete strangers about your deepest fears than loved ones or family.

I think we all have had that kind of friends.
Yeah, I've been postponing this for nearly 2 years or so, because I've been having depression episodes but lately they're stronger and it comes harder to go over and endure the situation, so now it's a matter of true mental health care and I can't fool around pretending to be okay. I try, but my happiness makeup is fading slowly. I think the only reason I keep going on regardless of everything is for conviction it can be better, my own stubbornness and all my friends and my sisters.

She was my best friends for years and we just drifted apart during highschool.
We never really fought, it just happened and I don't know what to do now.
I mean, she clearly made me feel like I wasn't wanted around so I gave up on trying.
She has a new group of friends and seems to be doing her thing so I carried own by myself.
But I don't think I'll ever hate her, if she wanted to come back into my life I'd leave the door open.
I'm just not going to put any energy into it anymore.
I know what you mean,I think it's good to take actions before it actually starts to eat at your life.
If you have some kind of chemical imbalance there won't be any good changes unless you treat it as well.
It's all a matter of finding the root causes and ways to deal with it.
But living in Venezuela I couldn't blame you for feeling like it's all too much.
Of course as your friend I want to cheer you up and tell you you'll make it but, the truth is I'd rather tell you to seek help and know you're in good hands than making you believe you can overcome everyrhing by yourself.
You can't deal with everything with sunshine and rainbows, sadly.

Yeah I know, actually you re the first friend I tell about this, as you say it feels like it's starting to eat me alive, I've been reading psychology books I have at home and it's more than sure that's what I'm having. I'll search help however I can, hopefully being able to pay for it, agh, There's so much I need to tell you, I'll send you a note.
