My best friend and roomie has worked out of a few studios in the North, so luckily I got my foot in the door that way. I've moved to the south now though so not currently in a studio, just working on my art in my spare time. My dad's a builder and just built a tattoo studio in Herts and name dropped me to the fella who is going to own it so hopfuly...

sounds cool.....best and sometimes only way to get in. I was at west coast tattoo in aberystwyth, sadly i left as i couldnt stand living with my dad and as i was working there full time and not getting a penny couldnt afford to live there anyother way. im working hard on my portfolio and will hopefully be getting round some studios soon.

thats sweet im trying to become a tattoo artist too! thanks for the comment, and the photoshop effects werent really on purpose, i suck with technology, but whatever i did, it looked pretty weird so i put it up ^ u ^ good luck with the tattooing career!

It's crazy hard getting a tattoo appreticeship here, i'm guessing it's the same there too.
Good luck with it, the industry needs real arists like us instead of all them scratchers with a cheap kit out there.
