Short answer: musclebound male anthro crocodile, no tail. Long answer: head: human brain case and eyes, American Crocodile jaws, mouth and nostrils, and lips and tongue that allow him to speak more or less like a human; Body: thick, scaly, yet smooth skin, massive muscles, and I guess a "wide" frame. Let's say about 7ft tall, 300lbs, and almost all of the "over" weight is muscle.
