yeah I did. I also wanted to upload it because I said a friend can use it for an album cover but when she got an agent, the agent refused to get my permission and although I have the original, I wanted to post it for precautions..Ya know?

Woah. That agent's ridiculous...why on earth wouldn't they try to get your permission when you've already said the friend can use it?
It'd make a really nice album cover though. I can just see it.

A lot of agents like that try and pass the work off as their own. Allowing a friend who has no agent to use the work is one thing but when an agent it brought into the picture, then things have to be put into a contract or written consent. If not then I take it as proof of me revoking my permission to my friend and that it is stealing my work.

Yeah but trying to pull a fast one on someone like me...not gonna happen. I know that when I was in high school, a lot of people would hack the system and try to take my works but I am not really sure about now because I just started posted more of my art stuff on the internet. I mean every now and again I would post some up on my myspace or brickfish but not on this scale.
