Hmm... for that, probably just watch a lot of Disney movies! And study animators' work, rough and finished. Looking at Glen Keane's rough character sketches are pretty much as useful as studying figure drawings. But in general I would say to study anatomy and life drawing as much as possible too. It's fun to do fanart and Disney style, but the key is to have a really strong foundation in general drawing skills. And thank you!
