Ahaha, I wasn't able to wake up that early, sadly |D; *fail* But oh man I'm pretty excited for this ffff. I mean there's this Hoenn fanderp side of me that was a little disappointed that they aren't RSE remakes, but seriously, I really love what they're showing of X and Y and I really can't wait for it!

Aah, I hate to say it, but I honestly don't picture myself continuing TBTB anytime in the near future. I haven't worked on it for a very long time and I've kinda come to terms with the fact that I've lost interest in it. That's not to say that I'll never ever touch it again, because -who knows- I might pick it back up someday. But sad to say, I wouldn't hold your breath.

I guess if you still want to read works of mine, you could check out the stories I've had in the Neopian Times on Neopets lately:

Those stories are part of a much bigger saga that I have in mind, and I'd say that I'm making fairly good progress on working towards that goal. Urf, while I understand how awful it feels to be left hanging on details, giving out spoilers is something I'm still a bit stingy about, because -like I said- I might decide to start working on TBTB again. (Although -admittedly- that would probably be in the form of a rewrite, since I find my writing in the first few chapters a little embarrassing now. XD) I guess you can go ahead and ask, but I don't know how much of it I'd be comfortable with answering.

And speaking of badfic, ever heard of My Inner Life? Holy shit man, I mean... holy shit. It's a Zelda fanfic, but you don't need to know a thing about the games to see how bad this one is. Basically it's about the most blatant self-insert Mary Sue falling in love with Link and screwing each other every other chapter or so. Also, the writer honestly believed that the fic is based off of true events, since she had lucid dreams that she considered her "second life".

(By the way, I'd been wanting to ask; even just off the top of your head, can you think of any good N/Ghetsis-related fanfics? (...Not the pairing, dear God no ) I've been looking for some lately, and while I did find one that was alright I remembered you mentioning a fanfic that sounded decent :V)

Sorry I didn't reply earlier, had to go to work. (Yeah, I finally got a job! )

The writer is just plain crazy. She thinks that people are stupid and feels the need to put in a shitton of footnotes, one of them explaining that a Spring Festival is a festival held in spring. In her Author's Notes she criticizes her readers on being so immature as to flip out over a fanfic character. Said rant goes on for three pages and is in mostly caps.

...The first thing I saw in that paragraph was, "N/Ghetsis" and "fanfics" and I almost reached my hand into the screen to strangle you. Lol, seriously though, I think the one I brought up a while ago was more or less a general trainer fic rather than one completely centered on N and Ghetsis. ([link] It's right here if you're still interested, by the way) But I remember reading a fic here on dA that was about N's past and was in Concordia's (The girl in N's Castle that tells you his backstory) point of view. Yeah, she has this awful habit of both being a Captain Obvious and repeating the same thing over and over. The guy who does the Dramatic Reading also made a whole Drinking Game over the fic based on how many times the author uses a specific word or phrase. Which is a lot.

I hate that pairing too, which is why I came this close to exploding in raeg. Lawl, seriously though, you're welcome~

Pfft, I'd say a more fitting drinking game would be the number of times Jenna screws Link and goes into way too much detail about it. (Seriously, I'm of the opinion that the fanfic wouldn't even be half as long without the needless sex scenes... then again, if this is the author's fantasy, that also means there likely wouldn't be a fanfic in the first place. )

On that note, ever see the Sonic 2006 LP? I'm not a Sonic fan by any stretch of the imagination (The only Sonic game I ever played this one really old handheld one, but I could never even get past the first level, lawl. XD), but I thought the LP of that game was just hilarious.

Oh yes, it's one of the more famous LPs out there. From what I remember, some Goons heard all the hoopla about Sonic '06 being shit and thought that it couldn't possibly be that bad. They were proven wrong quite quickly, needless to say. One of them recently put the videos on Youtube: [link] It's a pretty long LP, just to let you know.

It's a game on... Neopets... Yeah yeah, I know. Neopets is a massive guilty please of mine. DX But anyways, it's called the Altador Cup, and the best way I could describe the event is that it's an online sports tournament. (The sport itself appears to be a cross between soccer and lacrosse, and the "ball" is this little armadillo thing) It only happens once a year and lasts a little more than a month. What you do is you join a team, then play a bunch of games to try to get your team to win their daily matches. Then at the end, you get points for prizes depending on how much you played, and if you belong to a team that ended in the top three you also get a trophy. (Everyone else gets medals) Thing is, you kinda have to play a LOT of games to help your team and earn points. Which is what I've been doing with my free time. (Sad, I know. )

So yeah. It'll be over in a couple weeks, then I'll get around to all the other things I should be doing, I promise!

I was thinking about mentioning that to you, actually...

But yeah, I very, VERY much doubt it. The screenshot with Michael, Jovi, and Zook can easily be found on Google Image Search and the one with Agate Village looks like it was ripped straight from Bulbapedia. The 3DS used in the scan looks like a beta model and not the final product from what I've heard. The person who posted it didn't say what magazine it supposedly came from either. Also, it doesn't make sense that they would remake XD before Colosseum, which XD was the sequel to.

Sorry to crush your hopes Loffy, but I think it's fake. (Besides, I want to see an XD SEQUEL, not a remake. ) I did hear on Pokejungle that some scans of a 5th Gen PMD game has popped up, but that could very well be fake as well, although it looks fairly believable. Personally, I would be happy to see either a PMD game or XD sequel. (Preferably the latter, obviously)

Hmm, looks like the PMD one is fake too. Gah, ever since the announcement that a new game is gonna be revealed next month, it only figures we'd be getting these fakes. But yeah, I'm going to be betting on either a PMD game or a Wii game, whether the latter is in the style of Colo/XD or PBR. Game Freak did say in an interview that a Wii game is in the works, so we can cross our fingers and hope next months' announcement is it and it has something to do with Colo/XD.

Ha, I know how you feel. Especially the motivation part, but also that sometimes you have so many ideas you want to act on, but want to finish another big project first. D:
