# About me

A new year, a new rundown of who I am:

-I have a big fascination in studying Biology and Evolution as well as Psychology and Sociology. Just my natural tendency to answer "How?" and "Why?"

-I grew up with Heavy Metal/Thrash Metal but now enjoy Traditional Jazz as well as Classic Blues and Funk/Disco music. (KC And The Sunshine Band FTW!)

-I have been playing guitar for almost 10 years now and I'm not too shabby if I do say so myself. XD

-I am studying Mixed Martial Arts (Not the UFC-type though)

-I love to watch horror/gore movies. Runners-Up: Action, Drama (certain ones), War, Sci-Fi.

-I find War to be quite entertaining.

_I am too nice for my own good sometimes but can also be quite a prick.

-Do NOT piss me off, and if you do you will be entering a world of pain.

-I have no patience for ignorance or stupidity.

-Robert DeNiro is probably the greatest actor who ever lived.

-Comedians? Let's see... George Carlin, Lewis Black, Bill Maher, Mitch Hedberg, Bill Cosby. (Dane Cook can suck my ass, same with Carlos Mencina or any other "Rock Star" comics. NOT funny)

-For chrissake people, LEARN TO SPELL! And don't use stupid abbreviations like "cu" for "see you" and other such nonsense because it's just lazy stupid teeny-bopper crap that has no place on this earth.

Hey man. Great to see another musician and another Dream Theater fan! John Myung was my only inspiration to pick up bass, and I play 6 string because of him!

Awesome! When I first met him I was amazed at how large his hands were. Even with a soft handshake he had quite a grip. hahaha He's also a big influence on my friend AJ who is probably one of THE best bass players in all Wisconsin, IMO. (check out his youtube page if you get a chance. [link] )

Have you checked out his instructional video at all? It's actually really cool even though it's over 15 years old now.

Oh ho! Which video did you happen to see me in, cause I know we did 3 together. Also, keep up that practicing dude but don't burn yourself out like I see alot of young musicians do. I did too until I learned how to pace myself.

It was Fatal Tragedy.

And I do breaks in-between... been playing for about 6 years now on 6 strings almost exclusively. Nice guitar, btw... Ernie Ball is nice, but not for a budget like mine ;D

It wasn't in mine either, but the dude who sold it to me was someone I went to college with and he gave me a sweet deal on it, so I couldn't say no. ;) (Wink) - ;)

I'll check it out. I'm actually only 18, but I'm working on a couple of bands and have a whole bunch of stuff going on. I practice about 9 hours a day... trying to really get up there in skill.
