Yes, that's because it's a single figure, alone in a HDRI scene, rendered at a low resolution. Unfortunately, adding more figures and props to the scene slows down the render time, as does increasing the resolution.

Just bought Cherry Blossom Temple. Spectacular. Worth every penny and more. Can't recommend it highly enough. I especially appreciate how you are able to give so many characters individuality and enormous range of expression. The essence of great storytelling. I would love to see a live action movie that you produced and directed.

Man, it's pretty ironic to say this, but the necro community is dead. SexyAmazons finally keeled over and Templar quit. Not that there was much going on there, view count has been steadily dropping since I joined in 2009. Is there any place left to share our 'art' that isn't DeviantArt (where there's too much noise from normies who accidentally wander into the wrong neighborhood)? Which is the best place to post my stuff, if I want some likes and comments from like-minded people?Β
I tried posting some stuff before but no one reacted at all because DA is such a big place and most people aren't into this stuff.

I've never found the so-called necro community particularly supportive, aside from a few individuals. I'm not all that surprised that the scene is dying out, beyond those artists who work behind paywalls. I've had more comment and support from Deviantart than I've ever had on any of the forums. I quite like that 'normies' comment on my artwork: It's nice to have feedback based purely on whether something is a good piece or not, rather than how it could be better adapted to someone's particular micro-fetish.
You might like to try fetnoir, although you'd better be prepared to make most of your work about the forum members if you're going there for feed-back. Otherwise, no- I can't think of anywhere.
