# About me

I'm from upstate NY and I love the changing of the seasons. Fall is my favorite time of year. I try to see the beauty in everything and I'm enjoying dabbling in photography. I know I'm not a professional by any stretch of the imagination, but I love getting comments and feedback on my work. I'm also a bookworm and I love video games and movies. I'd love to be able to draw, but so far have only managed mediocre stick-figures. I love artesian crafts such as cross stitching and knitting, too.

I've been partial to Bullet Train and similar music lately. Bullet Train makes me think of Blaine the Mono out of the Dark Tower book series (I'm just slightly obsessed with the Dark Tower).

When I get active on dA I find myself wasting hours a day on it. So I just go away and do other things. Binge-watch shows on Netflix, knit, read, go hiking. Once I get into another activity I kinda forget that dA is here until I get a craving for it.

I've been through your area a couple times on my way to Buffalo! I seriously <3 New York, there's so much more up here in the northern parts of the state than people realize. NYC has a place, of course, but upstate is where it's at!

True, but, even though I'm a native, it's really dead where I am. The high school is full of thugs and the streets are kind of dangerous at night.

I guess you can get that just about anywhere. The streets aren't exactly the safest around here at night, nor are the kids in the schools the next generation of ivy-leaguers.
