What are you sick with? A cold? I hope you feel better.
I've been such a DA bum, too. WAY too much going on in my life, but I really missed it, so now that things have settled down a bit, I'm back.
Other than the craziness, not too much going on with me. Work has had some major ups and downs, so now I need to look into real schooling and a new job.
And I've been drawing pictures for money.
How about you? What's been going on in your life?

Im sick with a sore throat and a cold.. I cant stop coughing, sneezing and its hard to breathe. Yay youre back to DA ^.^ Ah awesome . Crazy crazy stuff has been going on in mine.. Ive gone into eighth grade, and I hate it so much... Ive havent had much time to draw either :/. Ive only drawn like a few things. Hopefully I can change that x3.
And also Ive been bugging my parents for a kitten but they wont let me get one xD. I really want one. x3.

1. Wow! Eight grade! I'm sorry you hate it. =/ That really stinks. Eight grade was a weird grade for me, too, but there were definitely good parts and a lot of good things I was able to get out of it. I hope you find the good.
2. Not being able to draw is the worst. It's really a great relaxer and without that time, life is just awful, isn't it?
I'll have to check out your gallery to see all the stuff I missed while I was gone. :]P
3. lol Sorry about the kitten situation. My neighbor had kittens. But now they're cats. lol
4. YAY!!!!!! I'M BACK! lol At least for now, anyway. I'm looking into a computer graphics/art school, and if I manage to get in, my schedule will probably get all crazy again and I'll have very little time to come on. Though, I'll probably have more projects that I can post on here, so I guess we'll really have to see, won't we.

How's it going now? I mean, my response is a little late (sorry!) but that's given you time to get a little settled, right? Any new friends? Good classes? Weird teachers?
It's totally fine if you don't post too much on here. I only really do when I have the time, and lately, I haven't had the time. I feel horrible, but at least I'm making money! lol
You're so kind to say that about my work. I honestly don't think that's true (you haven't seen the recent stuff that I haven't uploaded lol) but it makes me feel good that some people think that.
I'm more of a puppy person than a kitty person, but I think most pets are adorable. I just watched a video yesterday though, of a lady who has pet rats. She says they complete her and she loves them (or something like that). It's kinda' weird and creepy. When they die, she buries them in a little pet cemetery she created for them. O.o
Thanks! I have a meeting with a guy from the school on Monday! SOOOOOO excited! And a little nervous.

Nono Its fine xD I know your responses will be a little late x3. Yes, it has given me a little time to settle I guess. Ive made new friends, but not a lot xD there like the same people in ALL my classes. My faorite class is Life Skills. My teacher is crazy. A few days ago the whole class was being annoying and loud, so she stands on a desk and screams SEX SEX SEX till everyone was quiet.. It was... Weird xD

I feel horrible. I never responded!
I ended up getting into the school like a week after we spoke and since then I've had absolutely no time to come on! I made some really awesome stuff in my classes up to this point that I've been meaning to upload, but like I said, I've had no time. Maybe I'll try to get a few up now, while I have a second.

I got DA almost 5 years ago because a friend had it and she wanted me on here. But then I didn't use it until about last year. So I really haven't been on here as long as my account says I have.

I like those three sites a lot, too. But I also use Glogster, and that I got before my tumblr. So that would be in my top 3 used sites. =]

I've found digital much easier, because you don't have to pay for developing. Even if you do have a lot of money.

That's so funny! I always wonder how people come across this site. It's so random.
I took an online photography class this past summer and a bunch of people had accounts here and I was like, "really?!" I didn't think anyone knew about it.

I do think digital photography is easier, but for me, film has more meaning. Because, for example, I only get 24-36 shots per roll. So I've naturally only got around 12,000 film pictures. Since I also did (for three years) use digital, I've got ~500,000 pictures in digital format. So idk, the film ones I usually spend more time on lighting/ setup/ making the shot perfect, and thus they mean more to me. Just a thought.

I'm FINALLY in a photography class, and I'm more like a teacher's aide. I know what I'm doing, (btw I love developing pictures rather than just printing them, because again it just seems more rewarding to me) and so my teacher really just uses me for help, and not so much teaches me. But yeah, most people just kinda find the site through friends.

Oh, yeah, I totally get that.
I would love to use a really good film camera, just for the novelty and true coloring, but I like being able to get rid of mistakes without them costing me anything. I usually do focus a lot on lighting and the setup for a perfect shot, but being able to review it before it's printed is also nice.

That's great! I learned how to develop film once, but I've never had the setup or resources to do it myself. I think that would be amazing to do sometime.

It is great, and film, in my opinion, is best in b&w. Color turns out good enough in digital, plus you can't develop it (easily) on your own. So I stick with black and white usually

I like the Nikon dfilm scanner that I have.. it's made to scan film into a digital print. That works well if a touch up is needed.

Developing is so much fun, actually, atm I'm finishing up my own dark room All that's left is to buy chemical trays and mix up the chemicals.
