Hey there!
Yeah I kind of abandoned it myself... in a way? Quite some time ago, actually.
I only come here (and Tumblr) to reply on the comments I get and post the artworks I've finished just for the sake of the gallery.
And cause I can spread links to my active Instagram and hopefully soon also for a more active ArtStation so I can make a "professional" looking art portfolio
in the near future when my big personal project starts after summer. Soooo yeah I just started to focus on making art for that.

Im not really up to date with Gorillaz though lol. Of course I still follow Hewlett's wonderful instagram so I do hear about some things going on and the releases...
But I guess I was hyped for Humanz cus of the hiatus, then got kiiinda disappointed by it? Also too much marketing stuff around it like apps and all that I dont care about lol.
So for The Now Now... I've only heard Humility and Hollywood, and I guess a sneak peak of some track to promote the album... does sound promising actually!
But I totally dont care about those extra things like trying to help Murdoc out of jail and all that
Once the album is out and on spotify I'll give it a full listen. If I like it I buy it. I do really fucking love the art style. So old skool comic booky??
Totally in love with that. If they put that on a shirt as merch instead of "gfoot" or "save us from him" and then charge like 100 euros for it, uhhhh waste of money.
If it had those new artworks I might consider buying my first Gorillaz tshirt
And I love Ace. First I was skeptical if it was him in the first picture cus I needed official announcement. But I love him. I like his design and mostly why I #embraceace is because it pisses people off and Murdoc fans are salty why in no fucking way on earth will Murdoc ever go out of Gorillaz. So I think its funny seeing people lose their shit over a fucking cartoon lol

Omggg yes yes yess.
I love ace i feel like hes the new bad guy rn but his bass in fireflies ugh its a nut. I heard fireflies and humility and i love them both so much!!!
I want murdoc back lowkey bc murdoc is like the glue with gorillaz it like when they replaced noodle with cyborg noddle.
Ugh but art been a drag for me rn. School has been driving me insane. Can u believe i been speaking to you since i was like in the 8th grafe and now im gonna be a senior in highschool!!
I have a lot of issues i need to work out so i probably still wont be active on here as often. But ive been into video editing. Its so much fun usig adobe after effects or stuff like cute cut. Its a lot of working. And ive been exploring my artist taste. I love rap msuic like kendrick lamar and jcole and i worship post malone dont ask why.
Ive also been into Billie Elish too her music is gold hahahaha.
But im liking the now now way better than humanz.
