Thanks very much for including my horse in your favorites! Gives me a boost to do more. One of the best things about dA is making a connection with someone on the other side of the world. I've had gallery shows (back in the '70s, in New York City) that didn't get the audience we have here.

Thanks so very much! That's very kind of you. I have to admit that these challenges (and having them favorited) have boosted my confidence. Now, each successive drawing has pushed me to stretch and try to do a bit better. I still find myself being critical of each finished piece, though.

I have already made a mistake! I miscounted and submitted six instead of five photos to the photography file. I have searched but short of totally deleting it from my site there seems to be nothing I can do about this. I wonder if you would be able to remove the yellow rose for me? That's the one I would have left out had I counted correctly. I am very sorry for the trouble I have caused you.

Hmmm don't worry about the extra photo. We're not too strict on the amount submitted unless it becomes an abuse. However what you submit does add to your count limit for submission (system wise) which even the admin doesn't have power over.

I'm sorry, I can't find a number on it but it is of a yellow rose. If you read my next comment you will see I also did it in the first gallery I submitted to. As I said I am so sorry. I did not realize there was a count limit for submissions - is that set by the Deviant Art site itself? Where can I read these rules, I just started to put my art on the site a couple of weeks ago even though I joined two years ago. I joined kind of just to look at the art and then I sort of forgot about the site until a friend mentioned she was on it and I looked at her site and thought, "Why not?" but I have never read rules due to the way I joined. I hope I am not boring you... If you have a minute and would not mind, could you just explain where I should look? If you do not have the time or do not really want to I understand and there is no hard feelings, honest. Thank you for listening. All the best. Shelly. =^..^=

Me again. I just looked at the rules again and it is THREE not FIVE submissions to each file that we are allowed to make. I get all excited and things get confused, I did not mean to break the rules I submitted five to another file also, I think it was called traditional. Just delete whatever you want from both. I hope that all is forgiven and I will not be kicked out of the group for my stupid errors.
