Been meaning to ask, how do you feel about the German language and bondage videos?

I tend to write several chapters to get everything set out before I post. Helps to make sure the characters and plot are all sorted. And if I think of something new, I can backtrack and nobody knows.

Hmm, well Game of Thrones series was the main inspiration. And then I combined some of that with bits and pieces from the Odyssey (ancient Greek bits) and various bits from Shakespearean stuff like Julius Caesar, Richard III or Macbeth (for the plotty bits). Just to be different
And I can see from your favourites and artworks that you also enjoy the fantasy bondage stuff. It's good to divert from the standard kidnapping plots

I can certainly see the GoT influence. I love how dangerous your world is, how quickly fate can change in it. I am fascinated by the power dynamic of slavery, how one day a person can be free and the next they can be property.

That power dynamic comes into play multiple ways too. Bondage is used for pleasure, punishment, torture (though more discomfort than pain since I'm not into sadism), power transitions between characters, the status quo (such as phallic slaves, so called because they have only one purpose), and even the equivalent of injury or death to take certain characters out of the story temporarily or permanently.
And it's not really a uniform thing how people react to it. Daphne, for example hates being tied up and struggles as much as possible. Penelope dislikes it because it gets in the way of her goal for revenge. Weaker characters accept their bondage, stubborn characters resist and cunning characters such as the Celt seem to always be one step ahead of the knots. But in the end, everyone tastes of bondage but once.
By the time delay between your faving the first chapter and writing your initial comment, I'm guessing you've read more than the intro??

I will admit that I am a fan of the sadism, in fact, the lack of it is pretty much my only complaint about your story. I read the whole thing today. I might do an illustration if that's okay with you?

Hahahahahaha! If that's your only complaint, then I am humbled. I got kinda close with the Sirens' wax torture and the near-rape scene with the rebel male slaves and that was as close as I wanted to go. But I'd be interested in hearing how you'd have rewritten those scenes or other scenes to match your interests. You must have been so frustrated at all those mentions of whips and not a single playful lashing

It was absolute torture (pun intended) to have all those whips and no whippings. I think if I took on a similar story it might be much more extreme.
