I personally really admire the way you draw your dragons (especially that dragon basking in the rain one), I personally can't draw any animal bodies properly which is ironic since im a furry, but i'll probably have to get around to mastering that some day

Itβs alright! Just remember the most important thing when improving at anything: enjoy doing it! If you enjoy drawing, then youβll do it a lot - and if you do it a lot, the rest will come in time ^w^
Donβt force yourself to draw when you donβt want to, and donβt get frustrated with yourself if you canβt get any inspiration. The best thing for me to find the motivation to draw and animate is music. I highly HIGHLY suggest Sleeping At Last as a choice in artist. His music can form so much imagery and color just with the sweeping melodic soundscapes and the strong but peaceful percussion.

I'm sadly unable to give proper art advises since I have trouble with it myself, what more animation, but I'm going to try and give my best
I believe your art is very pretty as it is now, the same face syndrome is existent but I believe this is intended as you're going for a more anime-ish style. The quality of the overall piece however- the colouring, the shading and the anatomy is nothing short of amazing!
tl;dr im bad at giving opinions, but i think you're doing extremely well atm, and as long as you've got the determination to keep on doing what you're doing you'll get even better as times goes
