That's the thing, with asking for refs and all the waiting, even before, most of us think she hasn't finished a good amount of them, mostly majority. Then some of her stories don't add up

In honesty, I think you guys should be requesting a WIP/sketch/something within 24-48 hrs or you'll take it up with paypal.
The lack of communication/updates isn't speaking well of her business practices.

That's the thing: people seem to contact her (I've seen comments from another person in her shouts and replies but I think the other person keeps their shout fairly empty so idk what she replied), but she puts on that she can't get internet for days even though she makes it seem like she has internet. Idk what even is the deal anymore. I've sent notes and even an email over the past month or so.
Also with the paypal, I'm not sure what all can be able to be done with how long it has been- going on 7 months. Especially with hearing that apparently paypal doesn't like to deal with art related stuff/FA/or even the whole rating on the pieces- or so I hear.
Also, she's hosting a raffle due on the tweleth so... yeah there's that

I'd still call or, call your bank and have them chargeback from there.
Honestly, everyone that commissioned her needs to put their foots down.
Paypal usually sides against the artist in most cases.

Hell I'd love too. I mean, I wouldn't exactly kill over $15 but I'm as upset as anyone else in there that hasn't gotten their art yet. The baka is even a little like 'f**k her' when I explain the entire situation, since it was for our characters. I still want the art (though a little less than before) but I think we should all get at least some compensation or something extra for the wait.
Le sigh... If you aren't busy tomorrow is it okay if I come over or hang out? Might want your direct input and I need a day away from here. Also we haven't hung out in forever

$15 or $2, you still paid for a service, a finished product. Either admit to delays/if you haven't started some or submit if they're "done". Bad business is bad business.

Gonna have to say no, at least for a bit. Between my mom and I bouncing sickness off each other to this other thing that has to happen (which i really don't have a choice on), I'd rather avoid infecting others and making them worried

MY GAWD EVERYONE I KNOW IS SICK!!! Baka was sick for about two weeks and I even caught it in the midst of it. Stupid bipolar Florida weather!

I'm going to try and look more into paypal because my bank is retarded sometimes. As for messaging the artists, she has three-four notes from me plus the email with not reply to any. I doubt communication will happen anywhere outside of her journals.

Hey, my bod's sensitive to weather changes. Aside from that, I'm just kinda anti-social lately when it comes to face to face. (I think i might have a slight anxiety problem)

It's not the customer's job to constantly put out or remind an artist of what they bought, ordered, etc. Just like a customer shouldn't have to send multiple notes/emails with the info from the original order.

Aww.... *hugs you* I understand; anxiety's a bitch. But a lot of people are getting sick from the flip flop weather of 40 degrees a few days and 75 the next few.

I'm keeping the paypal thing an option but at the same time this chick needs to get her ish straight. If this was a thing where I could actually see her face to face, I'd summon the blood of my ancestors and just... well you know. But I'm not good talking through internet like you guys which may be the reason why I haven't already done anything as serious as I could yet.

Well... she got some stuff out- including mine. But... I had to contact her about corrections including: Lyra's markings, Mile's markings, his tail, and details of the sort.

So she really didn't pay much attention to the refs regardless after asking for those things to be sent to her again?

I hate to say it but I can almost 89% guarantee she did not have them done and rushed to get them out. Compared to the things in her gallery to dropbox 3, there's notable differences mainly in the anatomy. Heck, compared one from DB 3 and DB 1 with similar poses and that said a lot.

She didn't ask for refs this time, she 'looked in my gallery'... I didn't say what I wanted because I was already tired from work and life. Then I'm not the only one- others had expressed it in the journal some things about markings, missing background (which was an option for extra), missing characters for group orders, etc.

I didn't check on the similar poses but I will go look back.

But the fact that she missed markings, backgrounds, number of characters in a pic screams she rushed through them.

Yeah, she'll really messed herself up.  Idk how many people but I know one has requested refunds but she can't give it for I think a a week because she's opening more slots.
I can't... I just cannot. As I said months ago, once I get my piece I'm unwatching so quick.
I was also in the middle of an AB temp. I know I'm getting what I paid for but people need how this service was.



(On another note: Can you help direct me to tutorials and stuff for coloring better? I'm really debating on trying to start adopts to get some money in. Even thinking about a basic not so expensive tablet if it makes it easier. My job isn't really helping.)

One's really not suppose to spend the money before the work is done. That's like spending what you assume will be your paycheck before you even get it, only to never get it.

Uh can't on my ipod. Just go through my favs/collections called Tuts, Brushes, etc. Should be a few in there.
