Look there, everywhere your eyes go, and blink
What I saw around me was humanity
It drives me into a deep insanity
What is the point in gaining all these memories?
When it'll vanish at the end of our many centuries?
Not trying to be dark here, it's what I see
'Cause that is how it's really going to be
Another thing to note, life is a pretty lie
The bad is pushed away, ignoring is what we try
Here's the second half, death is the ugly truth
Death is feared by most, that is what I sleuth
Why do humans try to embrace the light all the time?
Why don't they accept the dark and it's undesired grime?
Don't they know that this is how it is, both life and death?
And yet why do they LIVE and not think of their last breath?
The reason to that is easy and simple: we do not want to witness the end
Put death aside, be no demise, live life to the fullest, high up transcend
People looking toward the light: hope, life, enlightenment, and happiness
And deny the Much appreciated
