She can speak multiple languages, mostly the romance languages. She can speak fluent French since it is the official language of Monaco. She can also speak fluent Monégasque even though the language almost went extinct in the 1970 she managed to keep it alive after all these years. She can also understand English but she isn't very comfortable with speaking the language so she only speaks it with tourists. She can also speak basic Italian and Occitan.

Gambling seems to be the hobby she enjoys the most, be warned she is a master when it comes to gambling she has never lost a game. She also enjoys ballet and has private lessons twice a week, she got into ballet in the late 1970's when the l’Academie de danse Princesse Grace opened in Monte Carlo. She also has an interest in Aquatic animals, when Prince Albert l built l’Musée Océanographique in Monaco-Ville this also ties in with the fact she is against whaling. Cécile also has an interest in reading but it is only in her free time she enjoys reading romance and mystery the most.

Cécile is a petit woman being the height of 5'3" since Monaco is only around 2 km2. She has long dirty blonde hair that has two hair pins to hold her bangs back and normally has a red ribbon within her hair but she hast other coloured ribbons so it matches what she wears. She prefers to braid her hair rather let it down or tie it in a bun. She has square glasses that give her an older look to her, underneath her glasses are deep blue eyes with long lashes. She has a high taste in fashion so she normally wears expensive fashionable clothes that fit her tastes.

She is a young woman of high class and is extremely refined. She may seem like a woman who just likes to stay home but really she's a party addict, to be exact classy party's for formal socialites. Her speech is similar to an old woman from the Victorian era. She also has the quirk of being anxious, she worries a lot about world affairs and the economy of her country. She can be quite sarcastic sometimes especially when she is in a bad mood.
