The good ones like Microsoft GIMP (Good Image Man Program). It's rather good. From my EXP (experience) programs that are good have filters like blur that help you A LOT (a lot). You can draw with HD (high development) RES (resolution (XD you should know this one)) of up to 1080 by 421 pixels.
