Someone didn't like the story, so DA admins took it down.
I wonder who did it, and why. I wonder if they even cared after they reported it, if they felt like they'd done their good deed for the day, or if it wasn't even worth a reflection.
I mean, the way that story was written, you had to read quite a ways into it until you hit the erotica. The first half didn't put them off - it got reported by someone who, for some slight length of time, was a fan of my writing.
I also wonder why my other stories weren't reported. I'll leave them up, but I have a feeling my days here are numbered.

That's really bizarre, it was probably your best piece of work, writing-wise.
The way the takedown stuff is strange. I've had my Pin stories removed before, but none of my other ones. They're a bit more pornographic than my other ones, but not by a lot.
You should set up a blogspot of some kind in advance and make a journal entry for it. I'll probably do the same in a few weeks; community can be sustained via blogrolls, etc.

Do you do any fanfic in the NBM genre?
If so, I have a few suggestions:
-Gwen Tennyson (Ben 10) discovers a body part detachment spell
-Starfire (Teen Titans) somehow attains the ability to detach body parts
-Ahsoka Tano (Star Wars: the Clone Wars) somehow attains the ability
-Hinata, Ino and Sakura (Naruto) find a detachment-jutsu.
Let me know if you actually use any of these ideas! I'd like minimal credit, though.
