It never occurs to me that someone will do something for no apparent reason, other than the fact that it can be done. I like people who do that, they keep me hopelessly bewildered.

I'm quite well - mostly! I have nothing to complain about, yet I often do. I'm a full-fledged uni student, finally. It turns out that I'm only interested in things for which the society in which I live has no use: English, History, Psychology. Ah, well.

I consider it love poetry... just not idealised love poetry. I'm very interested in the ways love exists in its non-ideal forms, because I see it so often. I also think I have a tendency to seek non-ideal conditions of love. A good example is the quirky Internet girl: I can't resist her, but she always lives on some other continent.

(If it sounds like I'm flirting with you, it's because you paid attention to me and I don't know how to handle it.)

Dear Cavebrat

This is a late reply...I've been on a few times, but the format changed so I didn't realise I had messages

My dissapearance is of many, but it hasn't been anything relationshiply, and even if I had been in one, I would have still been on the internet. Check for latest upload to have even a hint as to what I've been up to for the past bajillion months!

I have a word document on my computer with a journal I started months ago. I kept wanting to add to it, and then kept taking stuff out You understand life I'm sure.

I'll be sure to read your masterpieces shortly sir, I'm afraid this message is in the spare of the moment. Meant to go to bed early because I have to get up for birthday coffee tomorrow (parents and their earliness disease)

I am now a full-time working man, which has left me bereft of creativity. I am hoping to take some time to think and write soon, and maybe leave some comments if I can look at things long enough to determine how I feel about it.

I suppose it depends on the job and the person. For me, I need to focus intently on one subject at a time, so when I'm working, I devote all of my energy to my job, which leaves little room for my mind to wander around and conduct its frivolous meanderings.

Perhaps when I am more accustomed to my job and I have exited the official training I'll find time and energy to be silly again.

I accept your challenge, under the following rules:

- One full image and full piece of writing per week

- If the image and/or story is not of suitable length, a second must be provided

- If two suitable deviations are posted within a period of one week, the second cannot be counted towards the second week

- Deviations are to be posted no later than Sunday, 12AM

- If a deviation is not provided, the infractor is to be pelted mercilessly with donuts (i.e. I want Timbits)
