I'm sure you'll be able to find the art that fits you but until then I'm enjoying every piece that you make
I've traveled to London, Germany and France And yes traveling to all those places was loads of fun. I went to London for my Training (youth with a mission A christian organization)then went to Germany and France for my outreach to talk to others about their faith and beliefs. Sort of challenging on some levels but lots of fun.

My big surprise art kind of fell through the cracks when my photographer had to drop out (I wrote a journal about it, bleh), but I've got another project in the works. And since I'm working on it on my own, I hope I'll be able to make this get done.
I think that's so cool that you got to go to all those places! You actually gave those talks? That is so amazing! So were you teaching them of the christian beliefs? Or challenging others beliefs?

Heh, it was a mix of everything though it depended on the person I talked to. Sometimes it started in the strangest of ways. Such as being in the art place in Germany and talking to some guy about art and what I see in it then he. Then he asked if I was in some art class or something and I told him I was with the organization Youth With A Mission. Then he started to challenge me on my beliefs and I sort of laughed... couldn't help it. I told him it was kind of like a painting. People see things in a different way. I see that there's an amazing God out there and opens my eyes to see things differently and he see's life as just a day to day living. Anyways the conversion went on and on and on and on and on then finally he gave in and said he'll give it a try.

And yeah, things are starting to roll into motion in my life, and as my characters and new style develop, I'll start posting the drawings and letting everyone know more about them. I'm glad that you've gotten the job that you've wanted. I myself was thinking about becoming a Nanny but probably wouldn't be to cut out for the job due to the fact I can't cook or whatever. D: So working in a daycare setting and school setting is good enough for me ^^
I'm excited about whatever you're doing as I LOVE your characters and can't wait to see more of them!
I've looked at the contest... I'm not to good at those but I continue to wish you luck and those who are doing it!

Daycares are fun. I worked in one for almost 3 years. The only thing I didn't like was the ratio of kids to teachers is insane. I worked in with the 1 year olds and since the ratio is 7 kids to 1 teacher, that meant that our class could have 14 one year old children to us 2 teachers. That was the most insane job ever. But if you love kids, then that could be a fun experience for you.
