That's what my best friend always says. I started drawing for fun because my 2 best friends are great artists. And now 1 went off to art college and everytime she updates her dA, my brain starts to melt because I don't know how she makes some of the things she does...
And she always says that it's not skill, it's just a lot of practice.

Yes! I got a tablet because my friend gave me a copy of photoshop and I was drawing a lot and so I wanted one. It was years ago, I have better money managing skills now. But it was worth every cent. I love mine.
