# About me

I'm new here ^^ Talk to me! I love to RP and I like anime and chocolate.
I love many TV shows, like Grey's Anatomy, Doctor Who and Torchwood. I read and watch fantasy more than anything- LOTR, Harry Potter, Artemis Fowl, anything to do with witches or mages, etc.
I love manga too- I've read pretty much every decent shoujo series there is (mostly just to pass the time), but my favourites are Gakuen Alice, Dengeki Daisy, Nana and Kitchen Princess. I also watch Code Geass and Death Note, and I like Mahou Sensei Negima. I also adore Yuri manga, specially Sasameki Koto.

I'm great! and thank you
I was meaning to ask you when I saw your profile earlier, what's art school like? Is it really worth it? Also, is it true that all the best schools are in the USA?

Art school is tons of hard work and it is worth it if you want to become a professional. It's not always fun, you have to draw things that you may not like. But if your life style is all about art, then you'll get used to it. I've seen people who left art school because it was too hard for them and it was just the beginning. So you should really like art or it's gonna be a huge struggle. And I don't know about USA schools, but I don't think it's true. It depends from which side are you looking. The strict academical technique is best in Russia, but you won't have any freedom for creativity. Other schools are more modern and let you express yourself in any way you want, but they forget about the technique. In my opinion the best schools should have a good mix of traditional academical study and creativity. I would suggest you to find the artists from the school you're interested in and talk to them. Also look at their art works and you'll see the progress you'll be getting in that school and in which manner the teachers teach there.
