I'm Amy.

Born in '89, grad student, medievalist. TV shows lover. Nerd. Bibliophile. LGBT rights supporter.

I stare at the computer screen for a living. And then go back home to stare some more.

I like words. I seem to be producing a lot of them, mostly in my native Polish, but sometimes also in English. Sometimes I take words in one language and get them to another for fun.

I take photos whenever I feel like it.

I go about town with my earphones in, mouthing the lyrics and moving to the beat.

I might be a little bit insane. Doesn't that make life more interesting, though?

Yeah, one trip abroad in three year it's rather lousy count xD But France isn't the only pretty country in the world, my own Poland can be quite beautiful too :) (Smile) I'll post some of the photos of my city, Cracow. It's the most beautiful city I've seen (well, ex aequo with Paris xD).

I love travelling to, but I don't get the opportunity as often as I would like to. Actually I was in France to work this 3 years ago^^ so now I'm travelling through my country and wait for the possibility to go further :) (Smile)

Totally true! I too need to have some getaway from time to time. Never been to Croatia though. It's popular destination for holidays from here and I heard it's beautiful. And warm, even now... (I don't know how about you, but in here it was freezing today. I'm sick and going to the cementary for the All Saints visit was a torture to my lungs xD)

Well, I need only 20 minutes or so by car to be in Croatia. I live near the border. :D (Big Grin) It is not warm, trust me! It is freaking cold!
I went to the cemetery just before the nightfall and my fingers and my ears are still numb from the cold.

Yeah, well, than it's like here. I though I was gonna freeze right there on the cemetery :) (Smile) Though it wasn't "my" cemetery, I'm away from home and I went to the Cracow's biggest cemetery just to light a candle before the main cross. But, anyway, it was damn cold too. Brr.
