LOL! A tea-pro like myself is very familiar with your tea/biscuit troubles
I overcame the problem by avoiding to dunk- instead I bite off a small amount of biscuit goodness, then I take a sip of tea and soak it into the chunk in my mouth. It tastes better AND 0% mushy crap ;D
It's a genius technique, but I sound like a twat when I explain it :'(

LOL! I've only recently got into coffee, still prefer tea's to it (H) but I've never tried biccies with it, doesn't seem like a good idea, they serve tiny, overpriced coffee snacks in Nero's, but I havn't got the money

THAT's a Starbucks?! Wow.. That's how stupid I can get, there's a Starbucks being built inside my college and I didn't notice it.
And I don't think I'll ever try tea from there, I've never had a cuppa tea from a public place which has tasted nice. But you've made the hot chocolate sound pretty tastey so that's gonna be my beverage of choice (H)
