If you are going to buy a backpack, don't go cheap on those. Cause the cheap ones don't have any backsupport at all. So after 15 mins of walk, you gonna strain yourself. I have one of Jack Wolfskin. Best brand ever. You pay lots for one backpack of 70 Liter but this one is forever.
